1. Reservations and payments
To confirm a reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required as specified at the time of inquiry. The remaining balance must be paid before the agreed services begin.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Cancellations requested less than 30 days in advance may be subject to penalties due to administrative and logistical costs.
Peru Exploration acts as operator and intermediary. We are not responsible for losses, damages, or delays caused by force majeure, weather, or third-party actions such as airlines and rail operators.
